I have been accused of being long winded in my previous field notes.  I
really appreciate the 5 minutes some of you spend actually reading the
14 hours of work I put into each of these.  For those who just can't
squeak out a measly 5 minutes, here is the readers digest condensed
version for February.

Beer is made of barley, yeast, water, and hops.
Grains in silo - crusher - mash - lauter - back to mash which is then
boiled.
Fermented and bottled.  Shirley and Lavern bottle.  Lenny and Squiggy
warehouse.

Steve is looking for a quick fling.  Nothing long term.
Katie's priorities are mixed up.  She thinks family comes before beer
club!
